Sean Bright created DAHTOOL-68:
----------------------------------

Summary: ./configure fails with "cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in auxdir"
                 Key: DAHTOOL-68
                 URL: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/DAHTOOL-68
             Project: DAHDI-Tools
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: None
          Components: General
    Affects Versions: 2.10.0
         Environment: Linux myhost 3.16.0-41-generic #57~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jun 18 18:01:13 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
            Reporter: Sean Bright
            Assignee: Russ Meyerriecks
            Severity: Minor
         Attachments: 0001-boostrap-Create-auxdir-if-it-does-not-exist.patch

On a fresh clone from git.asterisk.org, automake fails during ./bootstrap.sh because auxdir does not exist, ultimately causing ./configure to fail because it cannot find install-sh. This patch changes bootstrap.sh to check for auxdir and create it if it does not exist.
