Hello,
We've got a problem when putting any call on hold. The first time the call is put on hold, the caller can hear musiconhold. Then the calle get the call back, and put the caller on hold a second time. This time the caller does not have any music, and no media stream is directed to his phone (wireshark capture : no rtp).

Important remarks : I've got the same problem with firewall disabled.
I have another box with another asterisk 1.8.32.3 running on centos 6.6, I don't have this problem, MoH works fine.

I'll add a strace, cli, and tcpdump capture as soon as possible.
