Oh, and another data point: can we see the pjsip.conf files for the A and B boxes? I know you pointed to the example wiki page, but that wiki page has no authentication configured. So I would be interested in seeing what you have for in your pjsip.conf file. With the pjsip.conf file and the PJSIP debug that apparently was cut off from the previously posted debug log, we can see potentially why there are issues with regards to authentication realm.
