 * We should sweep through the Asterisk Manager Interface section which mostly hasn't been updated since 2010. 
 * Consider adding new content and making sure the current content is relevant for the latest Asterisk version.
 * When looking at this section briefly I deleted a page that only contained the word "blank". https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Device+Status+Reports+with+AMI
 * The main page should mention versioning and point to https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/AMI+v2+Specification
