Added the auto dtmf capability on chan_pjsip. This capability exists on chan_sip but was not developed on chan_pjsip up until now.
The capability initially sets the dtmf mode to RFC2833, but when going over the SDP, if telehpne-event is not supported the dtmf mode is changed to INBAND.
