A friendly reminder that the SILK Codec binary for Asterisk 13 is still not available on the downloads site:
http://downloads.digium.com/pub/telephony/codec_silk/

Indeed the codec_silk for Asterisk 12 does not work with Asterisk 13 as Matt thought.
