Private Name updated ASTERISK-24818:
------------------------------------

    Description:
The issue was detected below by a user and Matthew Jordan wrote that an issue should be open for the problem. It is not working on Asterisk 13. I cannot use PSJIP for outbound. My carrier drops the call.
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.telephony.pbx.asterisk.user/279570
The regular, old SIP channel does respond to OPTIONS
<--- Transmitting (NAT) to XXXX --->
SIP/2.0 200 OK
There must be a way to match the behavior of the old SIP channel on this issue
