In fig1.jpg and ReceivedTDMFmessageKey1.pcapng you can find the H245 packet that the alcatel pbx send via H323 trunk in order to send the "1" DTMF signal.

I found in h323_log that even if a set h245alphanumeric or h245signal in ooh323.conf file the asterisk send Q931 message.
