Instead of uploading the backtrace to JIRA I linked to Bamboo and the file is no longer available.  Suspending issue since we have nothing to work with.

I'm unsure the cause or how to begin troubleshooting this.  Note I recently committed the fix to ASTERISK-24482.  Although it seems like this could be related, I do not believe so, as that was a definite leak that happened every time.
