Hi,
 Asterisk version 1.8.7.1 and libss7-1.0.2 are too old and the branch is in security fix only ( https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions )
 There is a newer version of libss7, which has many bugs fixed and new features added, but you will need to use Asterisk 13 or patch Asterisk 11 yourself if you want to use it.

 Please test with the latest version (Asterisk 13 + libss7-2) and report back if you still have the same problem.
