Very weird issue... 
For incoming and outgoing calls I use the same MixMonitor(file_name,ab) command and it works just fine for incoming calls and quit working for outgoing calls after upgrade to 13.3.1. Rollback to 13.1-cert2 fixes the issue. I've looked at app_mixmonitor.c and there is no changes except of ast_test_suite_event_notify call moved to a proper place, so I believe the problem is somewhere else...
