    Description: 
The 'stasisstatus' test \['tests/rest_api/applications/stasisstatus'\] fails during the build. According to the logs, the problem occurs due to a failure to instantiate the web socket for the first test case \[Babs\] before starting the next test case, \[Bugs\]. This seems to cause the test scenario to hang up and resulting in the reactor timing out.
