    Description: 
I came across a very annoying problem with ChanSpy 'B' option. It doesn't work well. If an outer call arrives in the AST PBX and a SIP exten answers it the exten channel can not hear the whisper. SIP exten to exten the B option works perfectly.

The CLI show me the two channels are able to hear the whisper, but in fact the SIP/1003 can not hear anything:
