i test confbridge with video conferemce, using linphones, and h263, has no video.

i find if (!(conference_bridge->bridge = ast_bridge_new(AST_BRIDGE_CAPABILITY_MULTIMIX, 0))) {  

in app_confbridge.c/join_conference_bridge,it is not use AST_BRIDGE_CAPABILITY_VIDEO
