Both AMI/ARI events include connected line information. That's good.

However, when connected line changes, we don't always publish new snapshots. That's not so good.

It's arguable whether or not we should publish a new event type for both - similar to the AMI {{NewCallerid}} event or the ARI {{ChannelCallerId}} event - but in the interest of keeping things similar, we probably should. Alternatively, the change in connected party could be inferred via a change in the channel state.
