The channel {{language}} is already part and parcel of a channel snapshot. When {{language}} is updated, a new snapshot is generated internally and published out to the various consumers of the Stasis message bus.

However, that information is not conveyed via AMI or ARI. The channel snapshots that are published by both APIs don't include the language.

Since the snapshots already have this information, there's very little overhead in including it. For systems that are multi-tenant and international, this information is particularly useful.
