1. Move what doesn't belong to other appropriate sections.
2. Organize and update what is left.
3. Add or create issues to add any missing feature documentation.

A few basic sections we should have under features:

* Transfers
** Blind
** Attended
* Recording
** Monitor
** MixMonitor
* Parking
* Dynamic features/application map
