During signing of Digium Open Source Software Project Submission Agreement
We're sorry, <Username>:2. Your license request has been rejected. The person who rejected your license made the following observation: please provide valid email address. If you feel this has been done in error, please sign again. 

It is not possible to do because field "E-MAIL Address" not exist in agreement.
