Vitaliy Gerdt updated ASTERISK-24494:
-------------------------------------

Description: I want to use UTC timezone in queries to MySQL database, I tried to set timezone = UTC or usegmtime = yes in the config, but it's still use localtime timezone. When usegmtime is set to yes for CVS then it'd use UTC in mysql queries, when usegmtime is disabled it updates CVS with localtime timezone. (was: I want to write the time in UTC in MySQL DB, set "timezone = UTC" or "usegmtime = yes", written in localtime, but if everything is done for CSV - it is written in UTC. Set "usegmtime = no", in CSV begins to write in localtime.)
