I disagree. I mention the issue with dnsmgr not restoring the port number (remains as 0), but specifically note that it is a separate issue from the one logged in ASTERISK-23767 (https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-23767).

Please re-open this request.
