If there's no acl.conf on Asterisk startup and you later create one, "reload acl" fails with:

May 10 09:12:06] ERROR[22542]: config_options.c:600 aco_process_config: Attempting to process uninitialized aco_info
[May 10 09:12:06] WARNING[22542]: named_acl.c:424 ast_named_acl_reload: Could not reload ACL config
