We have several pages for the Security Event Framework here:

The overview page describes the section as

"This section discusses the architecture of the Asterisk modifications being proposed. "

Someone knowledgeable about the current state of the framework should review these pages for accuracy and update them or expand where needed.

I'm also not sure, but I think it would make sense to separate out the development related content (the overall architecture of the thing and event generation) and the logging module (Asterisk Security Event Logger) info. The development stuff should go somewhere in the [Development|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Development] section and the logging module stuff should go either in the [Operation/Logging|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Logging] section or the [Configuration section|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Configuration].
