Matt,

What are your thoughts on adding the DTLS patch to the upcoming 11.9 since it has been tested and is working as expected? Patches by Nitesh, Jonathan, and Moises are providing a quite reliable WSS implementation when combined with the subject of this ticket, and thus it might be a good idea to massively roll out this implementation for further contributions, enhancements, and testing.
