Hi,

the debian init scripts use --background and --pidfile when calling safe_asterisk. Those options conflict with safe_asterisk backgrounding itself.

That patch should be fixed to not change the default behaviour, so it can be committed.

(Yes, I know it's an RFE without patch. Assigning to myself.)
