> Write a test that verifies the interaction of users with the 'waitmarked' flag and users who have neither 'waitmarked' nor 'marked' flags in a ConfBridge conference.
> The test should verify the following:
> # That when a single waitmarked user joins a conference, that they hear music on hold and are entertained while waiting for the leader. When a normal user joins, the normal user should enter the conference, but the waitmarked user should continue to hear hold music.
> ## Note: This should also check that the appropriate prompts are played to the user
> # That when a normal user joins a conference, that they join immediately, but a subsequent waitmarked user who joins is told that they are waiting for the leader and hear hold music.
