Sub pages need review for updates and accuracy, a little rewriting 
, also purge comments where half of them are just saying the page sucks :D Then make the pages not suck.

The sub pages on realtime should provide an overview of realtime configuration, with *links* to tutorials and the specific configuration sections relevant to the various modules that support realtime.

There are pages in other sections, like https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/FreeTDS that may or may not go here.
