Rusty Newton updated ASTERISK-23374:
------------------------------------

    Description:
Page and sub-pages don't exist yet.

Need to create content or move content if existing (doesn't appear to be) to have the following structure.

* Basic Configuration
** Basic Configuration Overview
*** orient user to Asterisk environment, briefly describe asterisk.conf, modules.conf and indications.conf, then point to Core Configuration section where that config will be described in detail
** Creating a Basic Dialplan
** Creating a Basic SIP Channel Driver Configuration
*** sip.conf
*** pjsip.conf

The difference between this stuff and what we already have in "Deployment/Basic PBX Functionality" will be that the Basic Configuration section should focus on sort of breaking down a slightly more complex Hello World type scenario. That is breaking down the configuration needed for a simple phone call from one phone to Asterisk itself with a playback or something similar.

The SIP channel driver and dialplan content in Basic PBX Functionality should focus on configuration two or more phones, calling between them, plus the other basic features of a PBX.

Page and sub-pages don't exist yet.

Need to create content or move content if existing (doesn't appear to be) to have the following structure.

Basic Configuration
 * System
 ** asterisk.conf
 ** modules.conf
 ** indications.conf
 * Dialplan
 * Very basic SIP configuration
 ** sip.conf
 ** pjsip.conf

This section: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Basic+PBX+Functionality Has some content, but may fit better into the Deployment section. We don't want to create a redundancy, we just want something very simple and introductory in the Basic Configuration section.
