Write a test that verifies the CELGenUserEvent dialplan application. The test use pluggable modules, and do the following:
# Use the SimpleTestCase test object to originate a single channel into the dialplan
# Raise a CELGenUserEvent with custom fields, then Hangup
# Use the CEL pluggable module to verify the expected events, including the custom event
