The {{tests/pbx/dialplan}} test has place holders for additional tests. One of these place holders is for the {{URIENCODE}}/{{URIDECODE}} functions.

Verify that:
# A string containing reserved URI characters is successfully encoded after using {{URIENCODE}}
# A string encoded using {{URIENCODE}} is successfully decoded to the original string using {{URIDECODE}}
