This task is to write tests that verify the nominal transmission of MWI information between two Asterisk instances using PUBLISH messages.

Note that this may be tested as well with SIPp; however, using two Asterisk instances does have the benefit that it will automatically allow testing of both inbound and outbound scenarios in a single test.
