Source ip can be retrieved with {{$\{CHANNEL(recvip)\}}} but there is no entry in CHANNEL var to retrieve the port (much to my amazement). Attached is a simple patch that appears to do the job for SIP channels: {{$\{CHANNEL(recvport)\}}}:
