Thanks to https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/3720, Stasis bridges can now have linkedids and accountcodes propagate. Yay!

Now we should test that out.

A test should be added that verifies that in a mixing two party bridge created by ARI, the resulting bridge propagates linkedids and accountcodes appropriately.

Correspondingly, we should also have a test with a holding bridge created by ARI where two channels join the bridge (one with an accountcode, one without) and verify that linkedids and accountcodes do no propagate.
