I'm not sure whether Matt meant debug in the code, or logging in general. However it may be helpful if those running into the issue could post logs captured before the crash. Maybe poking through those will give us an idea how to reproduce the issue.

Of course preferably with DEBUG type messages tweaked up to 5 or above if possible.
