hello:
my customer installs asterisk for call center, using AMI to make concurrent calls for 90 calls, the system comes out the MDL error. the error sometime change from MDL(A) or (F). 
I try the libpri-1.4.10 and below,the  problem is same. I use sangoma A104DE or digium 4E1 card, the problem still there. I think it should not be a hardware issue. I replace with chan_ss7, the calls can over 110 without any problem. I think something in libpri still related with this bug: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/PRI-149
