Glad to hear things are working better now!  I have also cleaned up the message formatting a bit as you suggested (uploaded to review).  The redundant formatting has been changed.  However, since all messages to be handled by the res_pjsip_messaging module have to begin with 'pjsip' when including the display name the following format is still used pjsip:"name" <sip:user at domain>.
