I talked with our legal counsel about this and they are modifying the license. It is not currently specific enough for both a scenario where an individual licenses the sounds, and a scenario where an individual represents a company or organization.

Once the license is modified I'll let you know and then it should have a spot for to fill in the name of a company being represented.
