Hi!

First, you'll need to read through the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines].

Second, you'll want to want to read through the [Collecting Debug Information|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information] page and the [Reference Count Debugging|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Reference+Count+Debugging] page.

Once you have done those things, please provide Asterisk logs and the /tmp/refs file generated from the steps you will follow. Of course be sure to capture the logs when the issue occurs.

If you can reproduce the issue, please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce the issue and all configuration files required to reproduce it.
