Write a test that verifies the interaction of users with the 'waitmarked' flag and users who have neither 'waitmarked' nor 'marked' flags in a ConfBridge conference.

The test should verify the following:

# That when a single waitmarked user joins a conference, that they hear music on hold and are entertained while waiting for the leader. When a normal user joins, the normal user should enter the conference, but the waitmarked user should continue to hear hold music.
## Note: This should also check that the appropriate prompts are played to the user
# That when a normal user joins a conference, that they join immediately, but a subsequent waitmarked user who joins is told that they are waiting for the leader and hear hold music.
# The test should also verify that for at least one of the scenarios where a normal user/waitmarked user are present, that the normal user leaving the conference first does not change the state of the waitmarked user
