In working revision, calls are fine.
In broken revision, calls don't happen.  Asterisk receives INVITE w/ auth and returns Trying...and that's it.

Dialplan tested:

exten => 306,1,NoOp()
same => n,Background(pbx-invalid)
same => n,Hangup()
