This is a very common problem but now it is very important to solve it.
When some one call we needed to record his/her voice after some instructions.
Our Instructions and recording have done successfully if caller call from landline or any cellular phone which was in good signal strength.

But some time caller starts call from good signal area and move to the area where "signal strength" was not good then caller was unable to listen the instruction clearly and complain about it.

So I need a system where I can regularly monitor the signal strength of caller and If the signal strength goes low then I will warn to caller for same.

Please help, It is very urgent to solve and sorry for my poor English
