Here is my odbcinst.ini:
[MySQL]
Description             = ODBC for MySQL
Driver          = /usr/lib64/odbc/libmyodbc.so
Setup           = /usr/lib64/odbc/libodbcmyS.so
FileUsage               = 1

Here is my odbc.ini:
[asterisk-connector]
Description= MySQL connection to asterisk database
Driver= MySQL
Database=asterisk
Server=localhost
UserName=asterisk
Password=Test1234
Port=3306
Socket=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
