It is important to be able to do the following through ARI:

# Subscribe to an endpoint and be informed when the state of the endpoint changes. The state of the endpoint includes when new channels have been created for that endpoint.
# Subscribe to a channel on an endpoint and receive notifications about that channel. That channel *may* not be in Stasis; however, you may still need to know things about it in your Stasis-derived application.

As a convenience, it may be useful to have subscriptions on an endpoint auto-subscribe for all channels created in relation to that endpoint as well.
