Olle noted in a code review that one of the problems event pairs face in AMI is not having links back to their corresponding pair. Most of the events we've documented in Asterisk 12 are missing these links.

We should go back through the <managerEvent> elements and add the necessary <see-also> references. This means DTMFBegin should have a see-also link to DTMFEnd and DTMFEnd should have a link to DTMFBegin, etc.
