Ugh, minor setback.  Turns out clicompat-r2.patch breaks the build...
Basically what happens is ast_register_atexit gets defined twice, once by utils/clicompat.c and once by utils/recounter.c

Since it's not particularly memory leak related, we should probably address it in a separate issue from this point.

Honestly I'm not entirely sure what the deal with that is just yet, since I can't seem to reproduce this build failure on any of my machines in spite of HAVE_BKTR being defined as 1... which I would think would make stumbling into this pretty trivial, but I'm going to go ahead and back this patch out. Since it's not particularly memory leak related, we should probably address it in a separate issue from this point.
