Have you checked your NAT settings?  Your Asterisk server (10.1.0.3) thinks it needs to treat 10.1.0.111 as being behind NAT, which is what I saw in [^strace-and-then-some.txt].  [^sip-show-peer.txt] says that Force Rport and Symmetric RTP are turned on for that peer.

That was the first thing that stood out to me.  Hope that helps.
