This is a task to implement the SIP registration tests as outlined on the Asterisk wiki. See [https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Tests+for+Registration+Functionality] for more information.

This task is to implement tests that cover off-nominal input and SIP requests. This includes:
* Test 1: Invalid expirations
* Test 2: No Contact header
* Test 3: Configuration Option max_contacts violated
* Test 4: Wrong Password
