This is a task to implement the SIP registration tests as outlined on the Asterisk wiki. See [https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Tests+for+Registration+Functionality] for more information.

This task is to implement tests that cover configuration parameters that alter registration. This includes:
* Test 4: Configuration Option max_expiration
* Test 5: Configuration Option min_expiration
* Test 6: Configuration Option remove_existing
