No default UUID within OpenBSD.

ossp-uuid = no good (no generate function) (-luuid)
e2fstools = correct uuid.. in correct location uuid/uuid.h (-le2fs-uuid)

This adds a check for -le2fs-uuid, alters the configure error msg to check against both libs before failing.
