A number of consumers of Stasis-Core have a need to convert Stasis-Core message types into other formats, such as AMI syntax or JSON. It would be convenient if the message type objects themselves defined a formatting function vtable that formatters could register to.

This task is to do the JSON formatter for Stasis-HTTP.
