Now that parking is using the new bridging API, we need to get the various DTMF features incorporated that exist with the current parking application. This includes:
* courtesytone - play a sound file when someone picks up a call and when the touch monitor is activate/deactivated
* parkedplay  - Who to play courtesytone to when picking up a parked call.
* parkedcalltransfers  - Enables or disables DTMF based transfers when picking up a parked call.
* parkedcallreparking - Enables or disables DTMF based parking when picking up a parked call.
* parkedcallhangup - Enables or disables DTMF based hangups when picking up a parked call.
* parkedcallrecording - Enables or disables DTMF based one-touch recording when picking up a parked call.
